Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Packabee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Packabee.

Packabee generates suggested packing lists for your trips based on the travelers, dates, and details you provide. The lists are aids to help you pack; they are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for deciding what to actually pack and for anything a list may not include. Packabee is not responsible for items you forget or for the consequences of relying on a suggested list.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses your email address. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Please use Packabee only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to access other households' data, disrupt or probe the service's security, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or share unlawful content.

Packabee offers a free plan and a paid Packabee Family plan. Paid features are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you upgrade, and per-seat pricing depends on how many members are in your household. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You keep ownership of the information you put into Packabee — your travelers, trips, and lists. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance. We may also update these terms; when we make material changes we will revise the effective date above and take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Packabee after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Packabee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packabee and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for items you forgot to pack. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Packabee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.
